My solution to the Israel-Palestine question is derived from Gaddafi's solution. Create a new country, called Isratin or some other name, which will consist of those Jews, Muslims and Christians, all governed by a democratic system ( Direct Democracy Socialism ).

Engineers and MBAs don't leach on taxpayers' money. They do work for which they are paid by the company. They are the taxpayers. Some of them are also job creators. People like Bhavish Kumar (Oyo Rooms) or Sachin and Binny Bansal (Flipkart). These people have built billion-dollar companies that employ 10's of thousands of people.

I am an engineer and an MBA and I have done 100 times more intellectually stimulating work than what likes of Kanhaiyaa can even dream of.

Just today I read a news that Telangana govt has sacked 50,000 workers because they went on a strike. They are going to recruit new workers with the clause that they would not form unions. This is the way it should be.

In a way I feel for the workers. they went with some hare-brained idea of the union leaders and now they are jobless.

In 2014 February, thousands of IBM-India employees were sacked without notice or severance pay. These employees when they arrived at their offices, were simply told by the management to deposit their company-provided laptops and leave the premises. Ruthless this action was. Internet accounts call this action in words such as massacre. Some employees cried.

These employees hadn't formed union when they could have. And now that they were so cruelly removed, they didn't have a common front ( union ) to present to the management.

Funny thing is, IBM-USA ( the parent company ) has employee union but IBM-India does not.

A similar thing happened with TCS in 2015.

We have a great communication system for remote areas based on unused spectrum in TV White Space. Today when you search for live location of a train it is provided to you by our system which has been installed in over 2500 trains.
All these products are based on our indigenously designed, developed and patented SDR chipsets.

We are actually currently at the 3rd generation of the chipset. It is fully designed and developed in India. Only the fabrication is in South Korea. As for the products and solutions 100% indigenous design development and production.

Got our hands on some of those, good products. TI still has a more mature architecture but then its more GP.

Sorry I am not in the technical development team but in the marketing team. I dont know the answer. Would have to check with the engineers.
