Muslim teacher builds Saraswati temple for his Hindu students in school | Siasat

Abdul Vora, constructed goddess Saraswati temple within the Andhari village school premises for the children to be inspired. Abdul and his family was one among the only three Muslim families there.

A retired school teacher who is also known for his teaching and the life lessons he gives to his student, Children of Marida village near Nadiad lovingly call him Abdul Chacha.

Abdul put a large amount of his savings in the construction of the temple. "The temple took five years to be constructed. Many villagers also contributed whatever they could,'' says Abdul.

It does not end there. Abdul even taught his Hindu students how to perform pooja at the temple.

"I am a teacher first and everything else later. For me, my children are my inspiration and I respect their gods.
“Islam teaches us to give respect to every religion. So the temple," says Abdul, "I had always wished that I build one temple for the village too," says Abdul.

"I have always got respect for all religion. I served as a teacher here and would like to serve the people irrespective of religion and caste," says Abdul.

Abdul Vora eldest son Sajid Vora was shot dead by unidentified goons in Nadiad town recently.

The Kalma we recite is the first stark statement against Shirk. After that Quran has instructed in strictest, sharpest and most daunting way to not go near Shrik as this is the biggest sin and is unforgivable.

If a hindu helps a muslim or a muslim helps a hindu then its because of humanity. recently one hindu man married off a muslim girl according to Islamic ways and now a muslim man contributing in the construction of a temple.

Both communities are helping each others.

Helping humanity is rewarded greatly and entire purpose of Islam is to make your own life and other's better on earth and helping yourself and others succeed after death. If it is a matter of help, help everybody, feed every hungry and support whoever is in need.

But help doesn't mean you help them in life but also make them sinful for the life afterwords. Like I cannot help in murdering somebody - apparently it would be help but it has terrible consequences for both who helped and the one who was being helped. You can help anybody, even non-Muslims anyway possible but not in making them more sinful.

Likewise, whoever is worshipping other than Allah is committing Shirk and no one should help somebody doing that because both helper and the one who is being helped will be committing unforgivable sin.

Shirk is not Shirk for Muslims only but it is unforgivable whoever commits it and Islam is not religion for Muslims, it is for whole mankind. You cannot do somebody a favour by making them astray from the straight path of Allah.

The logic which you are using here its completely strange because first thing faith is a personal matter and everyone have to give answers about thier deeds after the death infront of the Supreme Creator.

Everyone has to choose thier own way be there from any religion and its not just about muslims.
