I will support only if new constitution and laws are atheist with no respect to religions.

Secularism do have a fault i.e. respect to all religions.

I suggested this to a Sanghi by giving example of CPC few days back and his reply had words like commie , dumba$$ and Pakistani associate etc . So by seeing his reaction it was pretty clear to me that its easy to suggest this but not going to happen (at least not in South Asia) .

Its possible but not in near future. If you see the transition of hindus from religious one to spiritual one is almost there, the next phase would be toward atheism or agnostic-ism.

you make reasonable points but...

1. the number of non-problem-acknowledging hindus is not 90 percent because there is a great chunk of hindu society that not only did not vote for bjp but also support the new progressive party, aap ( aam aadmi party )... aap rules delhi state now.

2. many muslims here support the aimim party ( all india majlis-e-ittehadul-muslimeen ), a muslim-focused somewhat reactionary party, which doesn't help matters.

in a discussion with a muslim friend of mine locally, we were talking of the possibility of civil war in india if bjp continues, and it is a real fear, but my friend and i are progressives who talk of pan-indian matters and will not contribute to creating more religious divide but rather join other progressives to suppress reactionary attitudes in all communities ( which is really present ).

I think Indian Muslims( and everyone else) have seen what theocracies are like.
If you read a bit of the Indian news, it's mostly non Muslims who are raising a voice in support of religious freedom and harmony.

We just need to limit religious influence in public sphere, just like France/ US.

afghanistan couldn't carry on because of cia conspiracy and cia-imposed war... that is undeniable history... similar is the case of nepal with external interference.

ussr lived for 68 years and libyan jamahiriya for 40 years... we know that libya fell ( temporarily i say ) because 40+ nato militaries invaded it in mid-2011 preceded by thousands of terrorists.

A complete new revolutionary model is required.

among the progressive groups in india, the "aam aadmi party" has a concept of direct-democracy they call "swaraj" and it is similar to what libyan jamahiriya had.

guided by socialism and groups like aap, india will have the revolutionary model you ask for.
