So there you have, cultural clothing of Muslims around the world. This took a long time to create. That may not be all the countries, but oh well. Which clothing do you think is the best and why? What are your thoughts on the styles of Muslims? Have you ever worn any of these? How does it feel like wearing it? Discuss whatever you want. Notice that most of them are “shalwar”. To me the lungi looks the best, but the thawb is the most comfortable.

The old fashion of Punjab was a long kurta with either shalwar or dhoti.

Turkish men rarely wear their traditional clothes. Those clothes are pretty much history now. In Iran, this kind of look is common but only among religious people. I was trying to restrict each country to two dresses only.

It’s called Iran, and NO the black burqa is not traditional/cultural dress of Iran. No one knows where it comes from, but it is really common towards the East, in Afghanistan. Most Irani women wear chador, abaya, and some simply a headscarf.

What the dress has to do with religion they are more of cultural thing. For example, Kurta Pajama/salwar is work by Punjabis, and includes Muslims, Sikhs and Hindus.

Wow those look great. I just wish us Iranis would wear their traditional clothes more. Nowadays, most of us just wear shirt and pants.

False information about the Shalvar. Clothing has to do everything with religion. It's a part of our lives.

Your Examples is wrong btw, thats not sarong at all.
Sarong is shared culture around Asean islands region, batik, kebaya and beskap dress like this is not.
