Lets make this the law, if wife want divorce and husband agree, then instant tripple talak... but if husband want to divorce his wife then 2-3 month process.. this way a women who want divorce (mean already fedup of him amd can’t take it any further) get instant relief. And if husband want to give divorce (imcase he got angry or have an affair or have something else in his mind) get time for rebound and to think again and again...

Sounds good ( all of it ), but what if the wife has an affair and the husband wants out of the marriage ?? Will it be covered by the highlighted part ??

Still 2 month process (as per Scholars recomendation). Mean 1 now, 1 after a month and then 1 after a month. Why are we supposed to think that man having affair can be covered by an apology but wife having an affair would always need these three words ?

I would say even the wife having had an affair should have the chance for apology during the period of the talaqs.

Then Pakistani men should also stop telling what's beautiful or what's not and just look at the mirror once. one of the reasons why Afghans hate Pakistanis is because they think most of the Pakistani men are ugly as hell.

Looks like both are “Islamically” poorly educated Muslims, I only believe in what the Holy Quran and Hadith say.

Covering the face and hands were special restrictions for the wives of the Prophet.

I am entitled to my opinion just like you are entitled to yours so thanks for your time.

You really did not understand what I said, I said that the face is the site of beauty and attraction so it does not matter whether a woman is ugly or unattractive, she should still wear it only if she likes cause niqab is not mandatory but hijab is compulsory for Muslim women and please don't call any women unattractive or ugly because every woman is beautiful in their own way.

When you are saying that face is the site of beauty then you are suggesting that every face is beautiful and give temptation to man which is not the case. I am all for women wearing whatever they like for whatever reasons but please dont consider man as lusty animal who is staring at the faces of every woman out there if they are not wearing hijab/niqab or veil.. I have noticed in western countries that people dont even bother to look at couple kissing each others in park but they will give more attention to woman who is there in full face veil so sometimes women in veil get extra unnecessary attention just because of hiding their face and trying to be different and unique than others

Not really. Pakistani also stare woman in veil even if there is 50 year old aunty hiding there but since they see only eyes then they start imagining hoor pari inside the veil ..so yes veil add to their frustration even more. I have nothing against veil . My point was that every man has different concept about what is beauty ..some find beauty in face , others in eyes, some just find certain skin tone as beautiful, others find beauty in things which I dont wanna mentioned so face is not everything
