This specific one ... you can make noodle with load of things. But, every authentic product has its own proportion. China is huge and every region has its own speciality in food

I am no chef. But I think most noodles have the same recipes. It's just the different way the noodles can be made into different dishes.
Sorry, but I may not be qualified in making food. I am only good when it comes to eating.

Yes, it depends on one's taste. I've tried food from Iran, Pakistan, North and South Indian. The best food I've eaten is from South India. I just love the curries in the south.

Everyone have their own personal taste. I have tried South Indian cuisine, but their dishes have too much coconut. I love coconut, but in a dish it is not suitable for me personally.

I think Pakistani food is very similar to Iranian food and also food from Kashmir or North most India.

Pakistani food is very different from all these countries. In the city, we have more spicy food than even Indians. The difference is that our food actually taste good. Iranian and Afghan food is bland.

Indians cannot make a decent meat dish and we just sit back and relax.
