Murder of abdul fateh magsi: Sons of ex-governor Magsi nominated
QUETTA: The additional session judge Jhal Magsi has ordered to register the murder case of Abdul Fateh Magsi against the brothers and sons of former governor Balochistan Nawab Zulfiqar Magsi on Tuesday. Abdul Fateh Magsi, an independent candidate of PB-32 Jahl Magsi was gunned down on April 30, his brother Maqbool Ahmed Mgasi had submitted an application in the Additional Session Court for registering the case against the accused persons. While hearing his application the Additional Session Judge Rozi Khan Barrech ordered registration of case against the accused defendants the sons of former governor Nawab Magsi, Senator Saifullah Magsi and Ali Raza Magsi, his brothers Akber Ali Khan Magsi, former member of provincial assembly Tariq Magsi and Jaffar Khan Magsi who is the son of MNA Khalid Magsi.
