The current propaganda that MQM is running stage managed by that great BHAAND (even the bhaands of punjabi stage shows deliver a better performance) Altaf Hussain is failed attempt to tryto cover up their past sins. If that is not enough, we get Ali K Chishti with his barrister title to distribute propaganda online from youtube to chowk to KMB
How many of you have lived in Karachi in 1990s? All shops and businesses used to get a 'parchi' for donation to MQM. No negotiation. Even couple of months ago there was news item in which Rabita Committee had said the citizens should report those elements which are collecting bhatta in the name of MQM. Assuming for the moment (a ludicrous hypothecal scenario) that these forces were not from MQM but rather Talibans, why didn't they say so? It is because nothing strikes more fear in a Karachiite than to be on the wrong side of MQM.
The bodies that used to be found in gunny bags in Karachi in Korangi, Landhi, New Karachi, etc. Taliban just perfected and humanized the art of killing informants (by doing away with gunny bags and shooting the guy). MQM victims used to have torture marks on their body, nails pulled out, cigarrete burns, drill machine holes. The newspapers of 1990s were replete with the descriptions.
The strike calls of MQM. Nobody dared to step outside for the fear of being shot. Buses were burnt the night before so that no buses ply on the road. How many businesses were ruined and how many shifted to Punjab?
When MQM boycotted the elections? The wall chalking on the walls used to be "Vote do, maut lo"...this is a democratic party who is threatening death to anyone who is going out to vote. The wall chalking is still evident in certain old areas of Karachi
In 2005, I saw Edhi trucks taking away sacrificial skin in Karachi surrounded by Police convoy in Karachi. I asked an Edhi worker why do you need police protection within the city. He said, because MQM goonda loot our trucks.
In late nineties, in Sagheer Centre, Federal B area and Hyderabad, it was reported in all the newspapers that MQM workers hoisted Indian flag on Independence Day. Again this was reported in the news.
Altaf bhai stating in India that Pakistan was mistake of Quaid-e-Azam. Well, thats why the so called Mard Ka Bachcha lives in London
The Altaf Hussain ka salam to punjab k bhaiyon, video available on youtube, is such a joke on sensibilities of Karachiites. If that is not enough, watch the part where he says that "mein teen tak ginti ginoon ga, aap log khamosh ho jayega" makes for good slapstick comedy
People have left PML and made their own factions but still alive and free. Similarly with PPP, JUI, JI etc. But once you join MQM, you only leave it by getting killed. MQM(Haqeeqi) members are afraid to venture out in open in Karachi because they will be killed on sight. (does not mean that Haqeeqi are angels nevertheless they are offshoot of MQM)
No other party has killed its own members as ruthlessly as MQM...Azeem Ahmed Tariq and more recently Khalid Bin Waleed.
The list can go on... Source: Pakistan Ideology
