poll in alphabetical order

Britain and Germany have Typhoon. France has Rafale. Russia has Su-35S and PAK-FA. Sweden has JAS-39.

. . . . .
When it comes to technologiacl advancement in Europe Germany is the best choice.

. .
The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland is far superior technogically than any other European country simply because it has almost unrestricted access to US tech.

Besides, Britain has 30,000 troops permanently stationed in Germany.

.
Italy should also be in the poll. Italy has tank, warship, sub.

My pick is Russia. PAK-FA is simply the best jet in Europe.

Latvia, with glorious potato growing technology.

To be honest, "technologically advanced" is just too general to rank countries by. Some countries have good military, some have good industry, some are advanced in other ways.
If I was to give my opinion I'd say Germany, but that's just from personal experience with German stuff, the internet and word of mouth etc.

Typically, civilian and military technologies go hand in hand. Russia is more military heavy while Germany is more civilian heavy, but both are technologically advanced in all sectors.
