neither Russia nor China has any direct involvement in AF...dont know what the heck they are going to discuss....only key stakeholders are - India, US, EU and PK....seems, China has paid for such stupid talk

China and Pakistan are the direct neighbor of the Afghanistan, so they are stakeholder in Afghanistan.
Russia is not a direct neighbor of Afghanistan but given the CAR relation with Russia, and ISIS threat in Afghanistan made Russia a Stakeholder in Afghanistan.

India is neither a Direct neighbor of Afghanistan nor she had that kind of relationship with Pakistan which Russia has with CAR..

I would like to say that Iran is also a stakeholder in Afghanistan.

Unlike China and her puppets,India and Russia are allies and we respect each other's decisions

sensible comment.. but new uncle Sam is going to be a friend with Russia and nightmare to Pakistan...China too has lot to fear....but I still dont see any reason for these countries to discuss AF...they should better discuss about their future!

I heard about something like this happening yesterday from a friend it is going to be about the security of CPEC and the rumor is that Afghanistan will be in on CPEC as well. So a powerful group is forming regarding CPEC which will secure it and benefit from it. The only one out of it in this region will be the one who wanted to isolate Pakistan from the whole world . They will get the taste of their own medicine.

Just curious to know if after the Russia, China, Pakistan talks on Afghan, will Pakistan be able to tell the US that it will not give US army passage to Afghanistan? Can Russia and China dare America to get out of Afghanistan?

The only people who matter on Afghanistan issue are Afghanistan govt., Taliban and the USA and they are already having talks. Without the willingness of these three stake holders, no one else will matter.

The only people who matter on Afghanistan issue are Afghanistan govt., Taliban and the USA and they are already having talks. Without the willingness of these three stake holders, no one else will matter.

In one of the press conferences John Carry asked regional powers including Russian, China, Pakistan, Iran and India to play a role in bringing peace to Afghanistan.
