More than 50 afghan soldiers killed:IG FC

Keep trying to horseshit yourself. ISPR has only sullied the country. ISPR is a messaging tool and the only message they've given out is not being taken seriously by the afghanistanis. This means false bravado and chivalry on the part of Pak and more attacks by the hashish donkeys. Same thing happened at Angor Adda. Torkham (where there was actual evidence provided in the form of videos and shows conducted) should've taught them a lesson, but this episode shows that the donkeys are not deterred.

You have a hard time comprehending this and accepting reality. Ceasefire was called by them (Pak's claim) after they already did what they wanted to do. And no, the villages are not in Pak's control as evidenced by them taking selfies with Pak soldiers negotiating with them INSIDE the villages. And what if geo mapping shows that they were right? Leaving the conclusion up in the air is exactly what they wanted and got. There is space for nuance between deterrence and war.

"we are trying to tell the world that we are a peaceful nation and are merely defending ourselves from none state actors emerging from Afghanistan"

Keep trying. No one cares. Pakistan's interests shouldn't be decided on trying to tell the world something. Take care of your citizens, be firm, proactive and the rest will come.

Well put mate. Cheers

Don't doubt the claim at all. You shouldn't either. But it's off by 4. 46 were sent to hell.

It's the messaging that one should have a problem with. They left the door open for doubt and ridicule by their pathetic actions and words post-clash.

Even if they had shown half the bodies of those killed after Afghan side rejected would had delivered the right amount of assurance to the Pakistani people that they are not left at the mercy of Afghanistan. On the contrary if a statement like we felt sad killing these haram khors, imagine what kind of message that gives? Tomorrow they would be sad killing Indians as well. None of the Pakistani actions had deterred these ANA scums from attacking us when ever they chose do definitely the problem lies with how we are dealing with the situation. They started the fight, it should had been concluded on our terms and not theirs. If they raised a white flag, we should had asked them to shove it and hit them and continue hitting them till every one in the afghan governments runs crying for help.

faux-chivalry gets Pak in trouble more than the enemies. Keep shooting until they ALL run away and don't come back unless it's on our terms (after the census is completed), have the media show that there are no afghans left even on their side of the village - then "talk". And no, the border isn't up for discussion. Google maps be damned.

It is a weak nation that thrashes about. The response from Pakistan has been a mature and a measured one where the centre is in control, unlike the afghan forces who have to obey commands coming from different sources. Pakistan has consistently said we want peace in Afghanistan.

The difficulty is who can deliver the peace in Af?

The Af central government is recognised and we deal with them but find local and other actors in afghan carry equal or a stronger mandate on the ground. India is manipulating the situation and has prevented rapproachment with all the different factions in Af. Something we have been attempting since the US abandoned us both when they won the cold war.

We are very happy that only 2 afghans died and their deaths prompted the ANA/border force to seek peace with the FC. We are greatly saddened for any loss the afghans suffer and we wish to extend a hand of peace and prosperity and together as partners we can make each other wealthy but the afghans cannot achieve this by being the puppets of the Indians.

We are also very happy with open hands that whenever you desire you can cross the border and screw us and that's all in the name of Muslim brotherhood.

Dal is great. Long live dal. Being Dal khor is not an insult.

I've noticed that the afghans insult the Pakistanis with same comments that Pakistanis themselves use to insult Indians. I mean, Pakistanis making fun of Indians for eating daal is nothing new on this forum.

No lesson is worth its salt if it does not deter an enemy from attacking you time and time again. Has Pakistani response ever deterred Afghans from attacking? Morals or ethics have no place in it. Let go this moral high horse of yours and face the reality. And this claim of 50 has already been rubbished by the Afghan side. So what lesson was taught to them that was rejected the next day and you have zero evidence to counter it other than your word against them.

The highlighted part, this is the problem, you are sad to kill an enemy, what the **** does this suppose to mean? Your job is to protect every inch of the mother land and the people of that country, you failed on both accounts and on top of that you are feeling sad on their deaths? Pathetic. This is the reason nobody takes Pakistan seriously. This is the reason that now Iran is openly threatening to take action inside Pakistani area. This mantra of peaceful nation needs to go down the toilet drain.

Just listen to yourself, you sound exactly like the Indians who after Uri incident wanted to annihilate Pakistan and kill the whole Pakistani population. What are you suggesting, that Pakistan actually cross the international border and start a war with Afghanistan? What do you mean by teaching them a lesson? Parade their dead bodies in front of international media? Thankfully Pakistan Army think tank does not have war mongers and barbarians sitting at the helm.

Are you posting from multiple IDs? Using fancy words do not make your argument strong. Do you really think, short of taking out the whole ANA, these incidents will stop happening? And taking out the whole of ANA means a full scale war with Afghanistan after which Pakistan will need take control of the country. If you think this is feasible than yes this is the solution. We took out their whole base camp and at least 7 posts at Torkham after the gate incident, did that stop them?
Now what you need to understand is that, Afghans are naturally very brave, add hatred to it and you've got an enemy you really don't want. It is also their nature that when they fight an enemy, they don't care about the odds or whether they will win or not. Do you think the soldiers who started the incident at Torkham or this last incident did not know that they stood no chance against Pakistan Army? It is obvious that all these incidents happened because the soldiers were provoked by their superiors who in turn were paid by someone else.

By the way, the villages are in Pakistan's control, i can tell you that first hand so if you did ask someone, please check again.

Technically you are right. The insult goes back to the days when most were Dharmic people and avoided meat. Since the Afghans were able to defeat us then (temporarily) they insulted us saying we were vegetarians, ergo daal khors.

300 years later. The Indian Army trains ANA officer cadets. :haha:

I know mate, it's silly. Nothing wrong with daal. As you said it's good for you, it's a great source for protein and a lot better for mother Earth.

The reason for this mockery is ignorence and false perception that eating meat makes you superior then eating veggies. What makes you weak is not getting enough nutrition

Stop posting bs, no Pakistani use dal as insult for indians. We like dal. We have different set of insults for afghanis and Indians. For afghanis gay and paedophile/bacha bazi is most common insult going by cultural trend there which pisses them off to no end.

No wonder they lost half the country while remaining peaceful because i am sure they have plenty of people like yourself.

Never seen Pakistani insulting Indian with daal, we have million other insults for you. Stop making up shit like we don't know.

So your point is that unless you have seen something, it does not exist?

I have seen it many times, so I stand by what I said

You very well may have seen it 'many times' but that's not exactly a scientific poll supporting your contention that most/many Pakistanis use the term for Indians.

Tag the user/users next time. Those of us (Pakistanis) that find the use of the term distasteful don't appreciate being bundled in with a few people spouting racist and derogatory terms.
