Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, who is facing an intense rebellion in the Aam Aadmi Party, has been voted as the best chief minister across India by the India Today Group Mood of the Notion Opinion Poll.
It looks like the revolt against his leadership in the AAP does not have any impact on the personal popularity of the party convener.
17 per cent of the over 12,000 respondents said that Kejriwal is the best chief minister across India. Uttar Pradesh Chief MinisterAkhilesh Yadavcame second with 8 per cent of the respondents siding with him.
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has got the approval of the 6 per cent respondents and settled at the third spot.
West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and Odisha Chief MinisterNaveen Patnaikwere tied with 5 per cent each at the fourth spot.
However, when it came to their respective home states, Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has topped the list.
69 per cent of Odisha respondents said that Patnaik is the best chief minister while Arvind Kejriwal and Chandrababu Naidu got the positive response from 55 per cent respondents each in their home states of Delhi and Andhra Pradesh respectively.
