It is very strange though to cite the case of Indira Gandhi and to be scared of the men that are there to protect her. I mean she clearly has little understanding of what the SPG is and what they do (which isn't really her fault- she has had no reason to know until now). But to be scared for her life and to consider this a "life or death" matter is overly alarmist really. Why does she immediately assume these men mean her harm?

It seems she is questioning the right/authority of the SPG agents to travel in a government vehicle which is a most peculiar thing to be questioning.
All in all I find it odd she is filing a RTI on this matter, she could surely have got all this information from the SPG themselves or at least from their command, I seriously doubt the SPG agents would have any issue in putting her in touch with their superiors in Delhi.
