Modi’s wife wants to know her rights

Now to the point, if she does not want security, let her give it in writing that she does not want it. Not go around claiming that she needs a car since her security guys have a car. If you cut through the BS, you will see that is the gist of her "enquiry".

One can't really blame her for this but given the fact she clearly is not the wife of the PM I don't think she truly deserves the same perks that would usually be given to a PM's wife.

Also, nowhere have I read that she is being forced to use public transport, I seriously doubt the SPG wouldn't provide her a vehicle, in fact that would be a far more secure option and thus lessen their security concerns. She just say she's uses public transport, that seems to be her choice.

I agree she is making a spectacle out of herself by going around holding up her RTI request infant of the media and talking to anyone who will listen about it. She is airing her dirty laundry out in public and it is to the PM's credit he has not come out and attacked her behaviour in public.

I really don't know what her agenda is, she seems to be all over the place with her logic.

I still find her actions and behaviour very strange. The SPG (as far as I'm aware the ones who are looking after her security) are pure professionals so citing the Indra Gandhi example as to why she is "scared" of her security is very very peculiar. And then i read somewhere she has said recently she wishes to go live with the PM in Delhi but they've been separated for decades so what exactly is her game?

Yes, from all I've read they both have SPG cover (as they are legally entitled to have). If Jashodaben does not wish to have such cover she is well within her rights to ask for the cover to be withdrawn (it is then the prerogative of the MHA/IB/SPG if they do so).

When Modi came to know of this he cracked down on the News Media who was trying to pry into his private life (this was during the timie when there was a witch hunt going on against him post 2002) and then she got scared and decided to keep quite.

Now she is doing the same thing again when he's become the PM.

I do not think so. She is his wife all said and done. They had a marriage as per tradition which has not changed in thousands of years, no matter what the modern law says about it. Why should she shy away from claiming to be his wife, when all along she has lived her life as one. It is the News hounds who go looking for her and scouting for tidbits of information. She is not the one approaching them.

She is the self sacrificing one which is why she spent her life on her own and has never bothered Modi in all these years. How much more dignified can a woman than that is beyond me. The one thing that stands out about Modi, Modi's family, his wife, his brothers, his mother, is high moral principles. This is gold standard. If she needs a car, all she has to do is say so. Do you think the govt will refuse her a car?

Constant fights between two forced maryam to look for alternate mystic means to attract her hubby but that never happened and he further moved away shifting to Muslim leagues office in Delhi giving a final jolt to his wife. Maryam died soon after at the young age of 29. Her only mistake tbh was to love Jinnah and wish that he love her too otherwise she would have lived a very rich, healthy and prosperous life. On the other hand Jinnah was busy planning out things like direct action day call. Sadly he forced kill his wife too.
