I still dont think Ladakh will be allowed. The primary reason was Ladakh wanted to be UT and they didnt want Kashmiris settling there. What makes you think they would want rest of Indians there? Ladakh should have Permit rules like NE states to protect its unique culture.

So J&K's special status is revoked. The state of J&K as we know it today will be bifurcated. Jammu & Kashmir region will be a Union Territory with an elected legislative assembly and CM but will have to function with approvals from Center Govt just like Delhi. Laddakh will be a separate Union Territory with no legislature.

So now as per Indian constitution Pakistan and China hold a big chunk of Indian Sovereign land militarily. This equates to a two-front war or else world is going to mock you for cowardice. Changing a constitution require paper balls but enforcing changes on the ground requires real balls.
