Totally agree. Pakistan should raise this issue on every level! India cannot captivate Pakistani human right activists.

But Pakistan has been late in discovering that it was RAW who kidnapped them. It took them several days. Indian media could get ISI's hand within few seconds of incident so Pakistan can still not beat Indian standards. Pakistan really need to work harder to reach Indian levels.
