In Musharaf era lot of efforts were made for the increase of intake of females into army and airforce other than the medical fields. some said its over ambitious and does not match our culture, while other said thats its the ask of 21st century. After so many years down the road what is the assessment of their performance or requirement in the army, cause the other day i heard some1 say that all female officers of the first batch of airforce are now grounded

any1 who can put us wise on the issue?

No idea what's going on there.
The only thing I want to say that they should be subjected to the exact same standards as the males. Other wise what's the point in wasting everyones time and money.

Just last week or so, a PAF female trainee pilot was injured in a jet crash, hence the incident answers both your quires.
Females are being inducted and that they are flying.!!

Females are doing their Job when & where required , Army know batter who to use & what to use, you do not posses the right to criticize anyone's performance without any proper knowledge about it . Until & unless you don't have anything related to recruitment or information about it please use other forums but this one .

Thanks & Thread CLOSED.
