Militants kill three soldiers in Pakistan.

At least three soldiers were killed and three others injured Monday in an attack on an army vehicle in north-western Pakistan, police said. Militants attacked the army vehicle with rockets, district police officer Nisar Ahmad said.

The incident occurred in Shadikhel area of Lakkai Marwat frontier region, a semi-tribal area bordering North Waziristan tribal district. No one took responsibility for the attack.
