ہماری تو آہ ہی لگے گی طالبان کو ۔ جا وے ظالمانا تیرا کک کنڈا نا روےTo chacha border cross karo aur chalai jao larnai Taliban sai. Kis nai roka hai
Does it also seem deliberate from Kabul regime to give up so easily, so as to cause Western world an embarrassment that they may be forced to reverse their decision OR at least provide more direct support to the ANA vs Taliban and give up on the peace process. The interest of status quo in Afghanistan is to keep Taliban out of any power sharing, as the lion share in any deal will be Taliban. At least half of the govt officials and leaders will loose power and relevance incase of a brokered deal in Afghanistan.Power sharing is the only solution. Kabul government is not up to the task of facing up to reality. They seem happy to kick the ball down the road, but doing so they are banking on the US sticking around. Or until they are overwhelmed by the Taliban.
Useless Afghan government is too power hungry to work seriously on a peace process. Dogs like Amrullah Saleh will continue barking until they’re forced to flee Afghanistan.
Part of me thinks they may be a ploy and Kabul will launch a big counter attack after securing more resources from Washington.Does it also seem deliberate from Kabul regime to give up so easily, so as to cause Western world an embarrassment that they may be forced to reverse their decision OR at least provide more direct support to the ANA vs Taliban and give up on the peace process. Your second point is more relevant given the conditions.....Part of me thinks they may be a ploy and Kabul will launch a big counter attack after securing more resources from Washington.
Other part thinks the current regime in Kabul is just incompetent and was caught off-guard.
The groups that were mobilized to fight against the Taliban are now fighting each other. Among the groups mobilized to fight the Taliban are also literal criminal gangs and militiamen of warlords. Expect a mess.

So that makes rape under the guise of Shariah justified? Because that was quite common under Taliban, Swat Taliban and ISIS.. where their fighters could take any woman because they were enforcing “Shariat”you should really check nato numbers of how many Afghans civilians they’ve been killing in last two decades of there war. It’s jaw dropping and please keep religion out , these are proud peoples who will not live under foreign rulers.
Khalid Noor, Jamiat Islami's Atta Noor's son, with his dad in the field in the north. Nice photo op. I'm sure his good looks will force the Taliban to blush and surrender.

LOL The Afghans with the help of entire US/NATO apparatus and backing couldn't rise up against the Taliban. This is just for public consumption. Another feel good propaganda.
