. . . .

What world do you live in?? Which wheat crop is ready in Punjab on 15th May and not harvested yet? These can be maximum wheat residue or Mudhian , which the farmers set on fire in anyway so that they can prepare land for a new crop.
Ok so lets just burn the place then

Are you live under a stone or in a well?

Do you think the residue is useless? If you could not comprehend the use of the residue, don't peddle the lies of thieves and thugs.
Who knows this residue is utilized in animal feeds and even some forms of this are exported to ME and Korea as raw materials for their dairy farms, and the type from Pakistan is considered one of the best. This is the byproduct and an extra source of income for the farmers and feeds for their animals in winter when the 'green fodder' becomes scarce and becomes more costly.

Educate yourself for humanity and not just show knee-jerk reactions to defend filthy absconders, thugs, and convicted criminals. It is neither good for you nor for Pakistan.

I am a farmer and I know it better. Husk and Mudhian are two different things, extracting Mudhian is much costly, time taking and painstaking thing than their selling price.
Husk is used for all those purposes you are saying. People have developed some ways to get husk when using Combine-Harvester, a decade ago people has compromise on husk while using Combine-Harvester, still they have to compromise a good portion of plant while yielding the wheat or rice crop.

This is not restricted to rice or wheat a good portion of crop residue burned for the maize and sugarcane and for cotton crop residue agriculture department suggests that it is good to burn residue to control pest.

Dear, our lives are so short to even learn about a specific field. The world of knowledge is so vast that one could not even imagine it.
I will share some videos only about the wheat residue collection, storage, and feeding/exporting for animals - Pakistan specific:

Collection:

Storage in Traditional Manner:

Storage in Modern Ways:

Export of Wheat Residue/Nar:

Increasing the (CP - Crude Protein) of Wheat Residue for Animal Feed:

IMHO, you are ignorant of modern technology, it seems you are living in a stone age the time has been changed and still, you lack the education of even your own profession.
That's why I wrote educate yourself. Now it is not the traditional profession of 'baap-dada' the world is gone far ahead. The method still used by the ignorants could not be warranted for good.

It is time, that you will never be able to fool the masses as you are peddling in politics - this is writing on the wall which you are never able to see.

He is just misguiding the masses, the following picture posted by him shows a wealthy farmer's house in the background and he is fooling that the equipment is costly to remove 'Mudhian'.
The issue is only due to time constrain between two different crops, the harvesting of wheat and to start the next cultivation which the farmer intends for.

I don't have to travel to somewhere as I live there and we are preparing our fields for next crop. This year wheat baked early due to record high heatwave in Indian and Pakistani Punjab so government has achieved their procurement target quite early.

I have mentioned time constraints also.

.
It shocks me when I hear Pakistan has to import wheat when I see it grown every where in punjab. Do other provinces not grow wheat? And what is the reason for them to not grow wheat?
