AFAIK, this emotional card doesn't work in UK, the laws is simple that you can say anything verbally and get away but going physical is a punishable offence. It's an easy way for PTI workers there to provoke them to get physical to get them into jail, it will not be easy for penthouse pirates to live peacefully and freely in UK.
