Domestic abuse and psychological abuse coupled with cultural peer pressure along with other materialistic factors are simply to be dealt by the victims? Where comes the state or those buggers who signed under the witness clause?

The whole damn thing is wrong. They should ban marriage till people understand what they are getting into.

As long as we keep electing businessmen, retired generals, bureaucrats as legislators and Molvi hazrat keep making duas in Friday Prayers "Ya ALLAH jin bachio bacho k rishtay nai huay unhay naik aur saleh rishtay ata farma aur uss k badh un ko nareena ulad ata farma" ...... there is little to no hope. Pakistani laws are outdated, repugnant, useless, inactive ....... everything needs to be written again from scratch ... within the limits of immutable divine guidance.

Pakistanis think marrying four different women is their divine right ......... whereas State should have full authority to determine if they are even qualified to marry one single female.

A human keeps evolving mentally, there comes a stage where he is happy with whatever he has got and is content, nothing of material attracts him anymore, the desire for matching with neighbor or having more than his own brother dies down and looks childish ........ this applies to all "Zan, Zar, Zameen". People who evolve find themselves living in a paradise sort of environment "Hasad aur bughz say bala aur bayfiker pursakoon", and the ones who don't well they make their own lives hell. Healthy society. The one and only main goal of marriage in an Islamic society. Quran itself has mentioned "don't approach them for lust" .....

For that we need to update pur laws and educate our society a strong marriage alone wont make our society healthy in any way
