Mall Road protest was flop, admits Naeemul Haq - Dunya News

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Naeemul Haq admitted on Thursday that the power show on Mall Road during the opposition parties protest was flop, adding that the decision made collectively contained shortcomings.

While talking in Dunya News programme today, he said, “Decisions made collectively had drawbacks.”

The spokesperson to the PTI Chairman told that the suggestion of resignations from parliament houses given by Sheikh Rasheed will be discussed and considered during the session of central executive committee. “The matter of resignations will be considered in central executive committee,” stated Haq.

Haq told that the purpose of the rally was to raise voice for the victims of Model Town incident. The objective was to demand resignations from Punjab CM Shehbaz Sharif and provincial law minister Rana Sanaullah. He vowed that PTI will support Tahirul Qadri in this matter.

On the matter of remarks against parliament by party chairman Imran Khan, he defended the opinion that the assemblies don’t pass legislations for the betterment of people. He slammed the party for its alleged move to omit Khatm-e-Nabuwwat clause.

In any case the protest was about justice for the Model Town and Kasur victims. Sadly the few that did protest are called opportunists and foreign agents by the blind PMLN followers.

If you want to see big crowds at jalsas for PTI then you watch ARY or PTI's FB page, if you want to see big crowds for PML-N you watch Geo or PML-N's FB page...

in Lahore PTI is already hijacked by people like Aleem Khan who is well know head of property mafia ... the local organizational structure of PTI has already dismantled instead the favored ones are at key positions rather than genuine workers due to which PMLn would again win the majority seats in Lahore and besides that the language which todays leaders are using is pathetic including imran khan... he is 65 of age yet he talks like teen ... growing age and political stature required control on word selection .. true as a whole he is not a corrupt person but leadership required much more than that

Good idea but for once they should come and hang in public corrupt mafia around 400 minister. If they come and do deals thats of no use rather its harmful.
If army wants to come then come with 0 deals and finish corrupt mafia. Hand it over to deserving honest people and go back to barracks
