Can PAC, Kamra do maintainance of F16 without US involvement? Also does PAK have source codes required to change software of those AC like Turkey does?

F-16s are maintained here...
their engines are also upgraded in Mairages rebuild factory..
no Pakistan don't have source code..

So we have gained something in this war from the US, its all shiny technical equipment from the US. But what about their foreign policy towards us? What about their attitude towards us? Also there has been a slowdown in arms sales from the US because of the widening trust dificit.
