yes, its not.. but physical fitness gives you stamina and confidence. Actually, its the blood rush which makes you charge the enemy lines..
Indians were beaten mostly by invaders as they were physically weak due to non high protein diet.
however, courage and will to sacrifice are different

Both Pakistan and India needs to improve our training facilities as per international standards.

a quick glance at long clip reveals just they are a little weak. idk about grace depends upon look, body language or what but their uniform and march, are like professionals.
physical fitness is necessary which they are. so what else you need from army?

I am so bored of this, but what the hell.

If I got 100 rupees every time I heard a Pakistani say this, I would have built an Antilla to rival Ambani's by now.

Still wouldn't have changed the historical fact that the Indians who were beaten by all invaders, including my own bloodlines, were the ancestors of Pakistanis of today.

What has happened is two-fold.

1) The bloodlines that make up Pakistan are both Iranic as well as Vedic Hindu that did not get mixed to any large extent with Australoid Dravidian bloodlines

This is over the better part of over 3000 years

But more important,

2) Every human race that invaded India over the millennia, left most of its seed in the populace that is now mainly Pakistan's

The looks, the physique, the aggression, everything comes from that.

A double edge sword if I ever saw one.
