whether you live in Multan or Uganda, what one needs is a brain to figure out that if district management (DCO) turns lights off, closes doors and uses water to disperse crowd, the responsibility is of DCO.

Moral of this post: Speak the truth always rather than pumping out blunt lies. Yes it was PTI's management fault too but it Local Multan management was also at fault.

How your friend was able to see all five gates at one time?

My friends who went to Jalsa in Multan reported that only two gates were open ...large crowd was expected but it turned out to be too much ... It would hav been impossible to control this crowd but atleast gates could hav been opened by the administation if they cared a dime about someones life...
