NEW DELHI: Monitoring the Line of Control(LoC) better is high on the government's agenda after the Uri terrorist attack. A second layer of security and adding more detection devices (ground sensors, thermal imaging, surveillance radars) are among the urgent correctives that are being applied.

The army killed 10 terrorists on Tuesday in an operation in Lachipora near LoC. But the multi-agency centre (MAC) — an umbrella body of intel units such as Intelligence Bureau, Research & Analysis Wing, Military Intelligence and the intel divisions of paramilitary forces — had warned that infiltration across LoC is reaching an all-time high.

MAC is headquartered in Delhi and responsible for collating and analysing information from all intelligence sources.

A surge in infiltration was among the issues discussed at a meeting between Home Minister Rajnath Singh, National Security Adviser Ajit Doval and senior defence ministry officials on Monday.

In a recent report, MAC had estimated that more than 80 infiltrators had crossed LoC in the April-August period. The army has said it had caught more than 30 infiltrators in the January-August period.

Senior officials in MAC, who spoke on the condition they not be identified, told ET that there's a significant problem for Indian security forces in terms of dealing with those who have already crossed the LoC.

Need border protection like ISRAELis

. .
Good going, India can fund it although serves purpose for both sides.

OK.
Let us assume India's security system is Bad.
According to common sense,
Developed countries should have greater security.

2016 (Civilian deaths)
Germany = 10 Dead 48 Injured
Belgium = 32 Dead 300 Injured
France = 87 Dead 200 Injured
Even USA (country with highest defence spending) = 49 Dead 84 Injured (*orlando shooting included)

2016 (Civilian deaths)
India = 14 Dead 15 Injured

So, we can conclude that India being a developing country is at par in security with developed countries.
Thus, our assumption of India's security system's bad is wrong.
Hence Proved.

So you accept Kashmiri' murdered by GOI are not Indian citizens because if they were then the death rate you have mentioned would have been the highest in the world

.
Indians,

The real and imminent threat that your forces face at the moment in indian occupied Kashmir is from Kashmiri Freedom Fighters (KFF).

It would be funny to see you barricade the whole LOC and then be attacked from the rear side by KFF. That'll be fun to watch.

Sorry terrorists, stone pelters and acid throwers are not included in civilians. I know its difficult to understand that for a Pakistani, where UN designated terrorists roam freely as civilians
