LOC, LAC, McMahon Line, Shimla and Siachen Agreements with Pakistan and China all are "NULL & VOID", after India ends Special Status of Article 370 and Article 35A on Jammu and Kashmir

Primarily Pakistan and China are making a strong case against India, that since India abrogated and unilaterally ended Article 370 and Article 35A which was agreed upon, all other agreements have been destroyed. Not only that Economic routes through Gilgit-Baltisan under CPEC have been protested by Indian government giving strong suspicion to China of meddling into internal affairs of Pakistan and China, a completely bilateral affair of Pakistan and China, where Indian has tried to violate and attack the economic routes of Pakistan and especially Chinese interests.

Pakistan and China all now onto UN agreements of 1948, finishing all previous agreements after 5-August-2019 unilateral aggression into Jammu and Kashmir.

India destroyed Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh agreements by making Union Territories of Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh.

Further India also violated the 1992 agreement with China of keeping LAC a concept peaceful, but India went on to build roads, infrastructure, airbase, all but meant to show an offensive strategy and military structure buildings.

What did India do so wrong?

Indian government abolishes decades-old laws that gave significant autonomy to Jammu and Kashmir which it enjoyed for seven decades a disputed Muslim-majority region.

India has scrapped a law that grants special status to Indian-administered Kashmir amid an indefinite lockdown and massive troop deployment in the disputed region. The move resulted to further inflame tensions in the Muslim-majority region of more than seven million people and infuriated rival Pakistan.

The government, led by the Hindu nationalist Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), also moved a bill proposing the Jammu and Kashmir state be divided into two "union territories" directly ruled by New Delhi.

The Jammu and Kashmir union territory will include the Hindu-majority Jammu region and will have a legislative assembly.

The Buddhist-majority Ladakh region, which has a considerable population of Shia Muslims, will also be a union territory, but it will not have an assembly.

All phones, internet services and cable networks were cut off on Sunday night and pro-India leaders placed under house arrest following days of soaring tensions.

What Doe this mean?

With Indian-administered Kashmir's special status repealed, people from the rest of India would have the right to acquire property in Jammu and Kashmir and settle there permanently.

Kashmiris fear the move would lead to a demographic transformation of the region from majority-Muslim to majority-Hindu.

"They [the government] have not just struck down the provision of 370, but they have actually dismantled the fate of Jammu and Kashmir as it existed in the Indian constitution," said Shukla.

"It now consists of union territories which are centrally governed - Ladakh and Jammu and Kashmir. This is a sort of a radical new provision, which many people are saying will require a constitutional amendment."

China lays claim to Galwan Valley, blames India for border clash, China says all previous agreements violated by India are void

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Zhao Lijian said in a statement on Friday that the Galwan Valley, which is part of the disputed Ladakh region, is located on the Chinese side of the Line of Actual Control (LAC) - the de facto border between the two Asian rivals.


Zhao accused India of violating the agreement the two countries had reached on June 6 regarding the LAC, calling it a "deliberate provocation" on New Delhi's part.

He said that "the rights and wrongs ... are very clear and the responsibility rests entirely with the Indian side".

In a series of tweets, Zhao said that Indians had since April unilaterally built roads, bridges and other facilities in the region.

According to Zhao, the fight was instigated by Indian front-line soldiers, who "violently attacked" Chinese troops who were in the area for negotiation.

Now what happening is with China and India facing stand-off and negotiations, a third party Pakistan must be involved also. It is part and parcel of the agreements.

So India legally lost by abrogating and removing Article 370 and Article 35A, Pakistan and China has legal basis to "force war" onto India. What India and PM Modi thinks is India inherited British India colonial empire while Pakistan and China has gone back to 1948 agreements. Legitimacy of Conflict are now clearly with Pakistan and China. As u mentioned 2010 , i watched on some Indian tv channel that DBO air field was activated after decades by landing some AN transport jet in 2008 , plus Indian cooperation on Nuclear technology with US also started almost around same time . so everything is connected Plus 5th August 2019 provided ( Tel diya Aag ko ) like push/urgency to Chinese . Quad , Indo Pacific , Targeting CPEC route by India/US e.t.c are other factors to Chinese steps on LAC .

No. Read the article that I posted from 2010. Chinese started not recognizing LAC since 2010 but Doklam was the first major incident which became public. There were many other incidents which India did not publicize.

Modi, Amit Shah, Doval, and Bipin Rawat decided to raise the ante without consulting any wise Indian strategists. This way they have unleashed forces beyond the control of Indian Armed Forces. The RSS fanboys can only strut around so much without the Indian State getting a costly bill for the unilateral action of scrapping Article 370. All the human rights abuses performed by Modi and company will now come back to haunt them with vengeance.

The Galwan border disaster with China was just a trailer and India saw a net loss of 60 sq. Km territory. The real movie is just about to begin. Indians of this generation with witness with their own eyes the consequences and folly of electing stupid leaders.
