Yes, we know the 'paper banned, useless, useless' arguement but let's try to look beyond that. We could perhaps research on them, try to find out if they are still working if so how and why or where. If so who is exactly responsible to catch them: police, army, ISI? Cannot be them all. Be useful or don't bother.

Madam/Sir (I could not tell from your avatar) I wish to address your post and the premise behind it. Regardless of how these organistaions developed it is imperative that we control their operations and spread. If the blame game is to be played then centres from Washington toRiyad would be guilty as charged. If, like your post, you wish to make Pakistan the enemy then I assure you that you would lose the only line of defence you have against them. If things are bad right now then by a weaker Pakistan things would turn worst for you and for Afghanistan. Even if you are the staunches hater of Pakistan you cannot disagree (provided your political reasoning) that a stable and conventionally challenging Pakistan is better than an unstable, rogue one. If so, please encourage what good you see. If not, continue as you please but let me assure you that you help the terrorists much more than anyone else.
