The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Monday has directed to transfer case against chief of banned Jamaatud Dawa (JuD) Hafiz Saeed to Lahore from Gujranwala.
According to the deails, the Lahore High Court has conducted the hearing on the plea of Hafiz Saeed today.
Hafiz Saeed requested Lahore High Court to shift his case to Lahore from Gujranwala Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC).
On this, Lahore High Court directed to shift case to Lahre from Gujranwala Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC).
The lawyer for the govt. said that they had no objection to transfer of the case.
The Lahore High Court (LHC) directed to shifted the case from Gujranwala to Lahore.
