Latest Post Search is "broken"

Previously I used to click on "All latest Reply" section and it used to generate a URL like this:

https://defence.pk/pdf/find-new/NUMBERS/posts.

I could refresh the the above URL multiple times to get the latest post but now it looks like it locks on response when you first trigger the request due to which you can't use to get latest replies anymore. You will have to go on "All latest Reply" section again and again to get the latest posts. Can this be fixed ?
