Lol Israel is far ahead in technology in regards to radar and intercepter missile hell even drones. There is a reason countries like Russia who are one of largest exporters of weapons bought drones from them and why Argentina wanted Israeli avionics on the Chinese aircraft.

Things we need to do as a navy -

1.Get the heavy torpedoes for scorpenes asap.
2.Get seahawk ASW helos for the ships quickly.Lots of our ships currently have helipad and hangars but no helos.
3.Upgrade the shtil arm launchers on delhi,talwar and shivalik with VLS launchers.Arm launchers are bad against saturation attacks.
4.Make sure we don't go for european design for project 75I diesel subs and not russian one,russian navy itself has rejected its latest diesel submarines and it also has problems with its heavy torpedoes.
5.We need to eventually add 12 more BARAK-8 VLS cells for total 48(up from 32) and 8 more for nirbhay in kolkata class destroyers.Space is available on the ship for this upgrade.

One good news is finally navy has the first 6 latest ACTAS active towed array sonars from german/italian ATLAS co.This will make tracking subs MUCH easier,especially with PN getting new ones and chinese subs making moves.Of initial 6 3 goes on first batch of talwars,3 on delhis.10 more sets coming-4 on kamortas,3 on kolkatas and 3 on 2nd batch talwars.
Finally 20 more license produced for future ships.Main thing about actas is its far superior in detecting submarines than passive sonar and selling point-65 km plus detection range for submarines.This makes it possible to identify the submarine before it can get within the launch envelope of its heavy torpedoes which is around 50 kilometres maximum.

The only logical conclusion is that Israeli equipment is the best in the world. Whatever kickbacks Israel can provide, Russia, France, the US, UK, etc can provide more of.
