i think sps-8 is equialent to bps-17.. dont know exactly about sps-8 but for bps-17 basic pay is 17000+ n the fringe n other benefits vary with ur job..

sps-8 is equal to bps-17 but again what they get depends on their departments n years of service..if u can wait for a day or two i can try to get the exact figures..

after the increase take home pay of SPS-8 is approx 40,000 n that of BPS-17 officer is around 25000.

hay u living in pakistan...its take-home salary so obviously includes allowances..basic pay was a ridiculous sum so i dint write it here..
