All of those journals above accepts only English. Those journals constitutes for 1% of the journals out there, however they get 30% of the all citations. This means scientists who can publish in those journals are the ones who make the standards in their fields. Basically those guys are the frontiers or the leaders in those areas one might say.
@Martian2 very nice topic. That's a topic that I've made a research in the past. Altough China has a huge potential that is still waiting for to be used in the fields of science, current situation is generally satisfying.
There is a little feedback that I wanna give to you regarding this issue. China has a lot of top tier scientist who can make very prestigious publications. However because of the language barrier, some of the Chinese scientist who are trained in China are becoming disadventaged. You can learn English, but it's still harder to make science with a language other then your own. It's never like the mother tongue. Scientific information should be translated to Chinese and Chinese should more and more become a language of Science.
