We experienced 2008 economic crisis, it was bad, really bad, it impacted everyone and every industry, comparing to 2008-2009, today we feel nothing, we don't even know we have an economic downturn if not for the western media keeps telling us.

But even hit by massive crisis during 2008-2009, soon after that, China registered very high growth for the ensuing whole decade after some necessary restructuring.
