Usually we dont see any development .. so whatever is done is great as far as development starved karachietes are concerned the city is a God darn mess infact its a nightmare ..

Tunnels are built in landscapes where there are mountains or waterbodies. Karachi-Lahore route is completely flat so thats that.
The terms 'Expressways and Motorways' mean the same thing as its a fricken dedicated / segregated road project and the only difference is it is used in different countries. In the U.S they call it Highways and Expressways and in Europe they call it Motorway.
Its a 1,152 km distance so no doubt it would be in billions. But to say 'most expensive' without coming up with any facts shows he is doing propaganda and has an agenda. Lastly, Pakistan won't be spending a single penny on it since its a Chinese investment.
