Lahore high court has ordered the SOB zardari to either give up his political status as chairperson of PPP or get rid of the president house.....he should do this at the earliest and he is not allowed to hold any PPP functions in the presidency....

Although a very good move.....and constitutionaly right....zard*** will even if he gives up presidency...be in control of the state because gilani is his puppet!!....and if he gives up PPP chairmanship...stil no real difference...18th amendment will really have an effect if the president and PM are of different parties....but in this situation...even if zardari has no control...but he has full control of PPP and hence full control of gilani...
