Lahore blast facilitator's house razed in Bajaur; father, brothers arrested

.
It is indeed very saddening to hear such tragic loss. May Allah give you the strength and patience to overcome it. Please accept my heartfelt condolences

Luckily, everybody will be fine, this time. But everybody is worried about what might happen next. Obviously, people were expecting that the successes of ZeA to be durable, but apparently not, as I predicted. Abusing FCR powers in FATA will only create more problems, so what is the durable solution? That is the question to ask.

Perhaps increased cooperation among communities will serve as more vigilance.

Increased awareness through education and Friday prayers where local youth will not easily get indoctrinated. Not allowing self appointed clerics to present their own argument without any reasoning. Setting up strict standards for masjid imams and running a background chechks on them.

No amount of azrbe azb can keep any country 100% safe. We have seen this in countries like US etc, the terrorism has certainly come down after the said operation.

Nothing will be durably effective until and unless the Objectives Resolution is repealed and matters of religion are separated from matters of State. The rest is all like re-arranging deck chairs on the Titanic.

Pakistan should up the ante in Khalistan and Occupied Kashmir beyond just diplomatic support.
That's the only language India understands.

The state exists on the basis f religion.

. . . . . . .
Ofc. A nation that is 70 odd years old needs a time. After all none of todays great nations were developed overnight

So how much time does a presumably religious nation need to get rid of colonial laws like FCR used to inflict collective punishment on its own citizenry? And if something as simple as that cannot be done for three-fourths of a century, what hope is there of said nation to live up to its claimed religiosity?

How long did UK took ? Or USA or other EU empires for that matter?
A mere century? Just look what they all did in ww2

Laws are changed pretty quickly, actually, specially when concerned with protecting citizen's rights and providing justice. What you are looking at are the end results, not the processes within that create the foundations for those results.

Can you think of a single good reason why repealing FCR should take this long?
