That's APRA-40, a Romanian variant of BM-21 Grad, a 6-rocket launcher built on a Diesel Auto Camion 665 chassis.Thank God they changed that God Awful truck!
Yeah it is based on BM-21 Grade with improve range 35 to 45Kms named Gadab / Ghazab and rocket they fired named Yurmuk. That's APRA-40, a Romanian variant of BM-21 Grad, a 6-rocket launcher built on a Diesel Auto Camion 665 chassis.
Improved range from Grad 21, Yurmuk rocket range is 35 to 45kms and complete system called Ghazad or Gadab.Guided rocket, a major development in Pakistan arsenal.
Is range same as previous KRL system?
They called it Pinaka and failed miserably in trials so they developed another upgraded version and shoved down to I.A throat despite of failures in trials.India also developed a guided rocket system MLR. That range is more than our this system, I guess.
We have developed subject system long time back and even exported it Sri Lanka (proved very successful in war against militants), Bangladesh also imported these system from Pakistan.

hahhaha!! it was known as kaikra
Agree, with old truck the system looks more vicious...Maybe it's just me, but that old style MLRS looks better with the old truck. Aesthetically speaking.
What is the range of this weapon system bro?
Pakistan developed its own rockets derived and imporved from Grad 21, Now Yurmuk's range is 35 to 45kms.The range is 20 km and speed is 400m/sec
