KPK vs Punjab, war of economic reforms

I notice , after first budge felt a huge competition of economic reforms between the two province. KPK is heading more toward data modernization for the sake transparency, new land reforms , building Marble city, opening new industrial zone. Building of new roads etc. Don t have the list. But seems Nawaz is still confused state of mind . Unable to give any clear economic reforms to his voters.
PTI seems using all its energy to be a leading party in next election. If they successfully implement all their project in this fiscal years. Then I see a big threat for Nawaz PMLn before next election. What you think ?

Check how many they have allocated for energy? PTI is playing just to win rather then wellfare of the people. Or even getting practical solutions.

Due to low water level Mangla+Terbella combined were producing only 300 MW, while Only Terbella can produce upto 3700 MW. So was that mismanagement? Matter of fact is, we are lacking on resources that's why we always meet some expensive energy buying from IPPs. Zardari (a.k.a Corruption) factors was definitely there. When in 1996, Price of electricity was 3.5 RS/Unit, and PPP government made agreement on 7Rs/Unit and put subsidy burden on government for so long. (PS: PPP government did same just before leaving the government, done agreement on 13Rs/Unit), But who will justify ethnicity differences where 3 Provinces blocks the Kalabagh dam, since they don't want Punjab to gain from the project, while in reality Punjab is losing water because of this project. And all parties even wins the election based on these.

Definitely there is mismanagement, corruption which is eating Pakistan. But hiding the face in the ground while saying "there is no problem" is something.

This kind of competition is good for Pakistan in an overall sense. PMLN copies PTI in everything so may be this is a good way to get some decent Governance out of Nooners.

Did you know the difference between Economic reform and social reform??????
