Its not about that. There are *officers* in the Army for a reason, not only to command but to communicate. Doesn't matter if its the enemy, ethics shall remain at place. Idk about what Chinese Army teaches to its officers, but Pakistan Army holds a history of keeping ethical code under working during the battles as well. At many incidents, officers directly met from both the Armies during the battles and remained respectful, not shouting or jumping like your officer in the video. Of course he doesn't represent every Chinese Officer, but such stupidity shouldn't be praised.

I think if they believe they are bigger than their opponents , they shell instead of talk, there's not a single shot fire along the Chinese and Indian border for half a century for a reason.
