Mush the criminal
Any operation conducted by any will only give breathing space to any admin, the only thing that will solve the prob once and for all is a political solution. So wts the prob? the prob is that a$$hole musharaf gave khi and Hyderabad to mqm to rape and plunder on a plater. khi before mush was divided into 5 districts which was appropriated as the population of khi is around 20 million. he merged these five districts into one and thus eliminating any opposition both political or otherwise to mqms complete rule.
on the other hand Hyderabad which has a population of not more than 2 million was divided into 2-4 districts again to favour mqm to derive maximum benefit out of the devaluation of power system.
So basically mqm was all in all for 5-6 years, they are they one who started off with the extortion racket/kidnapping for ransom etc.
Internal migration and the new powerful players
After 2001 with the operations in fata their was a large internal displacement of people from fata to khi this along with a large displacement of people from Baluchistan to khi. This has completely changed the population demographics of khi, which goes against mqm. mqm is not willing to accept this and wants terms based on its position pre 92, which is not doable.
with ppp and anp in power in khi they too are now doing wt use to be the exclusive domain of mqm ie extortion racket/kidnapping for ransom etc. mqm ia feeling the heat of competition for the first time in khi and they are not ok with it infact this has made them very twichy, which is their for all to see.
mqm and its weakness
mqm needs to be made to realize (if not eliminated completely in light of the latest accusations along with the anp/ppp criminals ) the ground reality as unless that happens, things are very difficult in khi. and with the mqm compulsion of having to be in the govt at all cost as without it mqm fears ir will loose all ( which is the sole reason of them being in a coalition with the ppp despite all that has happened).
with the detention of altaf hussain and the mirza pres conference (with proof) the need of mqm to stay in govt has grown extensively. under such conditions they can be made to realise that, if ppp choose to do so.
This systems has started to unravel infront of our eyes at the hands of the people for whom it was built for and hence they gained the most from it.
You mark my words inshALLAH u will see all these looter/plunders and murders hang for wt they have done to this country and its people

Army should not intervene in khi, all khi needs is an honest and strong admin which would give a free hand to the police and rangers and u will see that they will be able to tackle the situation in a most effective manner. At the moment the police is heavily politicized and this hands tied. The rangers too have their hands tied. Both of them know exactly wt is happening in khi and who is doing wt. they can be the most effective tools to cleanse khi if they are allowed to work freely with out any intervention.
the army too if it comes to khi will only come in if its given a free hand with out any intervention, so why not give the same to police and rangers who know khi like the back of their hands.
Kiyani
It because of kiyani that we are seeing wt we are seeing today. ppp has been looking for a way out for the last 6 months, to be the Martyrs and than go to the elections with that sympathy vote.
But both PA and the supreme court have been able to see through it and hence they have been showing the utmost of patients. (PA more than the supreme court has they has told the chief justice some months back that the army would not come to its support if it could for PA support).
people who accuse the army of inaction are missing the point but in most cases cant see beyond their nose.
lakin like i said earlier things have started to roll ans inshALLAH this current dispensation is all set to collapse very soon.
