Praising India because they can't dictate the terms In India and suggesting Pakistan because they are still controling them(the Aid factor),
Praising India because we got a good leader, we hold an Important position in the geopolitics
Suggesting Pakistan because They don't have a perfect leader and don't hold any significant importance in world's economy and politics, actually US is dictating the terms in Pakistan.

My apologies.. The idea was not to compare (heaven forbid). Was just to contrast the outlook USA has towards to the 2 countries that just a decade back were considered by the same USA as two sides of the same coin.

Kerry’s motorcade was heading to the airport in Ahmedabad, India, on Monday after he attended an international investor conference there, when his Toyota SUV was hit by the car behind him.

The accident was caused, we hear, by a driver farther up in the motorcade braking suddenly for a puppy on the road. The rear door to Kerry’s vehicle was crushed in the crash in what was described by a State Department official as “a minor traffic accident resulting in some damage to both cars.”
