Village Kapran in Islamabad district. The snow clad mountain is Brari Bal, Doda. Here a tunnel will not only reduce drive from Islamabad to Doda town to just one & half hour but'll also change the socio economic status of J&K. The road named Doda-Desa-Kapran is reflected in state plan since 1978 but invisible forces always obstructed its construction
