Kashmir, the “Final” solution!

It doesn't matter whose era it is. And J&K cannot be divided anyway. This is all basically what is called as "fake news", which is rampant in Kashmir.

The real news is J&K is going to enter the election phase over the next few months.

https://www.huffingtonpost.in/2018/...fore-may-says-election-commission_a_23597592/
"The Jammu and Kashmir assembly polls must be held on the first occasion before May... it could be held before parliament elections also," Chief Election Commissioner OP Rawat said.

The same old, same old.

You don't get it.

Why do you think the J&K assembly was not dissolved but suspended for so many months?

Because once we dissolve the assembly then we need to conduct the elections within 6 months.

Modi was buying time for IK to take office by keeping the J&K assembly suspended.

The assembly was only dissolved now to facilitate the division of the state.

Once Modi's proposal through Norway has been accepted by IK & Pakistan's establishment, Modi is going to divide J&K into three parts. There would not be any further elections in J&K.

PM Imran Khan isn't gonna do anything without having the GHQ on board. And the GHQ is in no hurry as they are making bleed without lifting a finger. 8-)

More proof that you have no clue on what is happening. IK is GHQ's man. There are no differences.

MUZAFFARABAD: Chief of the Army Staff Gen Qamar Javed Bajwa has asked India to adopt the course of dialogue for peace and progress in the region instead of resorting to provocative statements and ceasefire violations.

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Gen Bajwa made the suggestion to India’s civilian and military leadership during a visit to the restive Line of Control (LoC) in Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) on Wednesday.

Gen Bajwa pointed out that lately there had been a surge in ceasefire violations by India and rhetoric of provocative statements by its military leadership.

“We are a professional and combat hardened army ready to defend our motherland … It would be better if they [India] realise this and place their stock in peace and progress through dialogue,” he said.

Earlier, the general officer commanding of the area updated the army chief on the situation prevailing along the Line of Control, including ceasefire violations by Indian troops and Pakistan Army’s response to it.

Gen Bajwa also interacted with the troops on the occasion and appreciated their state of readiness and morale.

He praised the resilience of the civilian Kashmiri population being deliberately targeted by the Indian forces on both sides of the LoC.

It was Gen Bajwa’s second visit to the heavily militarised dividing line in AJK’s southernmost Bhimber district in less than a month, amid unrelenting ceasefire violations by the Indian army in a serious breach of November 2003 truce between the two countries.

The ceasefire violations have been frequently causing civilian casualties.

On Tuesday, two girls were injured in Haveli district in unprovoked firing by the Indian army, raising the number of injured persons to 153 and those of the dead to 27 in Azad Jammu and Kashmir in the ongoing year alone.

In his last visit to Bhimber district on Oct 25, Gen Bajwa had made it clear that Pakistan Army’s belief in peace and stability should not be misconstrued, as troops were fully prepared and determined to defend the country.

Apart from that, he has also been giving an unequivocal message to India that Kashmir was the core issue and would have to be resolved between India and Pakistan in accordance with the United Nation resolutions and the aspirations of the Kashmiri people for a lasting peace in the region.

Agree that public posturing is different. Pakistan has been sharing intelligence with India to take out the fighters in Kashmir. Pakistan wants to clean up the mess before the referendum.

Kashmir, the “Final” solution!

Reportedly, Prime Minister Modi is going to announce the “Final” solution of the Kashmir problem before 2019 elections!

Recently there was a news report that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is going to announce the “Final” solution of the Kashmir problem very soon. In fact, the Eurasian Times on September 12 carried an item titled, “PM Modi will divide Kashmir in three parts before 2019 elections”. The writer poses a question, “Is Delhi planning to divide Jammu and Kashmir into three parts i.e. Hindu Majority Jammu, Buddhist and Shia Muslim dominated Ladakh and Sunni Muslim dominated Kashmir Valley? As per reports in a local Jammu and Kashmir daily, Indian PM is keen to change the political map of J&K before Indian elections of 2019”.

“Quoting the sources, the Jammu based paper reported that the PM Modi wants to resolve the Kashmir issue during his first-term itself. “It is possible that the PM may himself in a month or so declare division of Kashmir into three parts,” it said. According to PMO officials, Delhi was working out a plan that would lead to the trifurcation of the J&K state. “If all goes well, the Kashmir map would be changed and Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh would be created as the union territories,” they said.

The report claimed that the ‘division’ of the J&K territory would lead to the ‘resolution’ of many obstacles. “BJP knows that it cannot form a government in Jammu and Kashmir on its own and that it has to depend either on the National Conference or the People’s Democratic Party if it wants to come in power. Under such a situation of joint power-sharing with NC or PDP, Delhi cannot abrogate Article 370 of the constitution. An Indian official at the PM Office claimed that the Modi government would divide the J&K state before the general elections of 2019”.

The word “Final Solution” gives one creeps because of an ominous ring which reminds one about the “Final Solution of the Jewish Problem”, mentioned by Adolf Hitler in his autobiography, Mein Kampf. That final solution which he had designed resulted in the death of six million Jews and created the most notorious concentration camp of Auschwitz! Probably, some of the fanatic followers of Hindutva may be thinking on those lines in regard to Kashmir. Kashmiris to be reduced to a minority in Kashmir! However, the division of the state will not result in that. It will on the contrary create a unit of Kashmiris only with hundred percent Muslim population. Jammu will lose its importance as it is known only because of its association with Kashmir. Jammu as Jammu on its known is not so much known not only abroad but even in India itself. Ladakh does have an independent recognition as the “Little Tibet”. Incidentally, a famous statesman from Jammu, Balraj Puri died with his dream of Regional Autonomy. He did have a viable preposition but no body listened to him. Giving three regions internal autonomy within the overall State of J & K should not have been a problem. It would fulfil the regional aspirations without changing the overall character of the state.

The division of the State into three union territories would change its status in relation to the UN Resolutions passed regarding the final disposal of the erstwhile State of J & K. The case is still on the agenda of the UN Security Council and the UN observers continue to be stationed here. Unilateral division of the State without asking the people their choice violates the UN Mandate. It should normally invite immediate UN intervention. In fact, on the other side, the people living in the former Northern Areas now known as Gilgit-Baltistan had been clamouring for a long time to be declared the fifth province of Pakistan. The same could not be done by the Government of Pakistan because of the UN resolutions on the subject. Reportedly, the feeling there was that such an act would weaken Pakistan’s case. Accordingly, Pakistani’s gave them some sort of autonomy on the pattern of the Ladakh’s Hill Development Councils.

The recent contradictory declarations regarding holding of Indo-Pak foreign ministers meeting in New York and then its abrupt cancellation by India does not augur well. Additionally, the two Army Chiefs have issued somewhat belligerent statements. That straightaway forestalls any “Final Solution” as has reportedly been envisaged by the Prime Minister. That solution, if attempted, may be the spark not only to light a fuse of an unmanageable Indo-Pak conflict but may be the beginning of disintegration of the whole sub-continent.

Kashmir is one of the area where Narendra Modi should have ventured with bold decision. He had the mandate and the courage to take it up...Rather than wasting his political capital in building Ram temple, he could have used to take up risky decision to Kashmir issue.

Following decisions could be made based on the risk taking apetite of Indian Gov

Extreme Right Policy:

1- Heck with the election, just dump the soft sepratist Abdulla, Muftis...Just declare that any one participating Indian election is basically accepting Indian accession of Kashmir in total. Any one who do not beleive, stay out of the election process. By announcing the policy, you are basically choking the political captial of soft separatish Valley politicians. Anyway, the voting % of Kashmir valley is not more than 10%. It is not a big deal if the voting % will go down to 2% after announcing the condition.
2- Kill or arrest all the secondary local leaders for Hurruyat conference. Raise another rogue elements of solders in the valley and start eliminating one by one...
3- Shut down the funding for technical and higher education fascility for Valley if they are dependent on Central Funding...It is a proven fact that eduction does not bring any INDIA loving public in the valley..
4- Gov and army should not shy away in confirming their hard line stand agianst separatism in valley...Human right is already violated so there is not any political capital left for Indian politician to gain any trust in near future...There is no need to try to gain the trust of the public if the opinion of the valley is not going to change....

Policy which is based on the sentiment of Indian civilization and ethics of our culture:

1- If we would like to win the heart of the people, gun is not a solution. BJP made a mistake while resolving the assembly of J&K. NC and PDP should have been allowed to form a gov and allow them to run the state to win the heart of the people...Remove the security forces from civillian areas..Of course, terrorist will gain upper hand by removal of the forces but again, after 25 years of insurgency and forces in the valley, we do not have any peace either??? So there is nothing worst that is going to happen after troops are removed...Allow the people of the Kashmir valley to share their opinion without any hindrance to every one..

2- New Delhi/ j&K CM should initiate talk with student leaders from university... Allow them to listen to them even if they demand independence from India....Bring those young leaders to discussion with stakeholders from New Delhi and Srinagar in a compassionate environment.

3- Get ready to do plebiscite if Pakistan is ready to withdraw troops from Kashmir which is with Pakistan...If Pakistan agrees, it is well and good. If Pakistan do not agree when India is ready to hold referendum, then bring those separatist student or young leaders to the front to negotiate with Pakistan.

At the end of the day, a nation survives with its ethos and strength to its character...For Narndra Modi, he can choose either of the 2, rather than maintaining status quo..

india is in no position ro make offers or anything else while WE are in a position of power....WE will be making the dictates, you can either accept them or continue to bleed. what're you gonna do? train more bla terrorists in the little 10% of afghanistan amreeka and its lacky has left??? :ppffrrfffttrt!
14t5f3.jpg

Honestly, i am not going to be trolling with you, but what do you think is the position of power for Pakistan???.....Absolutely nothing....After 70 years of your independence, you can not even snatch away a state where 97% of the people are Muslim and heavily against INDIA.....With your quest to achive Kashmir, rather you partitioned your country to 2.
Economically, Pakistan was a powerhouse in Asia in 1960's. Now, you know your situation. Economically and militarily, India can really maintain the status quo for multiple generation of separatism in Kashmir...It is not like, our quest to find a solution is a sign of weakness of power, but slowly and steadily, sane people of India do not like to be seen ourself as an oppressor to ourselves..

In a nutshell, even if Indian gov take a risky decision to referendum, it will be a win for our moral and ethical values that should strive to avoid ourself being seen as oppressor of Kashmir people...

After 70 years, Pakistan has turned kashmir into an all out, self sustaining rebellion without lifting a finger or spending a large amount against the indian state that india has failed to even slow down let alone stop. Yeah, that's a position of power. 8-)

Narendra Modi should have ventured with bold decision.

Modi is taking a bold decision by proposing to conduct plebiscite in the Kashmir valley.

He had the mandate and the courage to take it up..

Modi did not have any mandate on Kashmir.

Heck with the election, just dump the soft sepratist Abdulla, Muftis...Just declare that any one participating Indian election is basically accepting Indian accession of Kashmir in total. NC & PDP are more patriotic than Congress or BJP. It is incorrect to call them separatists.

Kill or arrest all the secondary local leaders for Hurruyat conference. Raise another rogue elements of solders in the valley and start eliminating one by one...

Hurriyat has not value or power.

Shut down the funding for technical and higher education fascility for Valley if they are dependent on Central Funding...It is a proven fact that eduction does not bring any INDIA loving public in the valley..

Irrelevent.

Gov and army should not shy away in confirming their hard line stand agianst separatism in valley...Human right is already violated so there is not any political capital left for Indian politician to gain any trust in near future...There is no need to try to gain the trust of the public if the opinion of the valley is not going to change....

No human rights have been violated. Indian Army is a professional force.

New Delhi/ j&K CM should initiate talk with student leaders from university... Allow them to listen to them even if they demand independence from India....Bring those young leaders to discussion with stakeholders from New Delhi and Srinagar in a compassionate environment.

Students are irrelevent.

Get ready to do plebiscite if Pakistan is ready to withdraw troops from Kashmir which is with Pakistan...If Pakistan agrees, it is well and good. If Pakistan do not agree when India is ready to hold referendum, then bring those separatist student or young leaders to the front to negotiate with Pakistan.

There will be no plebiscite on Pakistan controlled areas. It is useless as Pakistan has already changed the demographics through migration.

So what is the big deal if Kashmir generation want waste themselves without doing anything great themselves?? If getting killed is an achievement, then you are correct....But that does not mean, India is loosing anything...As i told earlier, having more than 90% of Muslim people in a border region, and Pakistan is still incapable of taking away from India is a loss of face for you...
