Kashmir can never be an independent Country with 3 nuclear powers surrounding it . Even if Kashmir gets independence , what are the chances that Pakistan will not attack it again just like they did after independence . Pakistan attacked a sovereign Independent Country of Jammu and Kashmir . Why do we trust you ? Sorry If I sound blunt but that is the truth .

So the mess behind the Kashmir issue has its origin in Pakistan betrayal of treaty with Independent Jammu and Kashmir .

OPINIONS

Kashmir is going nowhere. If India can risk a nuclear war for Kashmir, it says how emotive India is about Kashmir and how important it is for India. Any grievances that Kashmiris have will be solved in the ambit of Indian constitution

LOL we have a signed treaty with India just like you have with Balochistan ( I hope if that is the case with them ) .
We even have our Flag and Constitution .
Mainland Indians can't buy our lands .

Did you ever had a discussion with any Pakistani on this matter? They believe it was us who invaded the Muslim majority Kashmir and Pakistani army stepped in to save the peaceful kashmiris and their peaceful land from being annexed by the evil India.

Jammu and Kashmir state was a country madeup of occupied parts of different countries and regions all regions had different opinions on eventsevents that took place during that era

Pakistan support came aftet brutal suppresion by Dogras after we the rebels agreed to peace treaty with them but they instead of moving toward a peace deal the intensified their campaign of terror on us it was after that incident we sought help from Tribal brothers you have no idea about the attrocities dogra regime commited

01 East Pakistan was created .
02 West Pakistan was created .
03 Balochistan was independent before India and Pakistan .
04 India as of now had 556 princely states with option to join India , Pakistan or be independent .
05 2 cases emerged ( Jammu and Kashmir , Hyderabad )
Hyderabad as part of Pakistan in dead center of India was an impossible Dream .
06 King of J and K stayed independent and had treaties with Pakistan .
07 Only after Pakistan attacked , India entered in but we got many rights . Flag , Constitution , Penal code separate from India . Lands can't be bought by Main land Indians .
08 Indian Army came into picture when the exodus of Pandits happened .
09 Cause of Exodus were terrorists and separatists .
10 Who till now supports separatists , Pakistan .
