So I think Indian maoists are still at infancy level even after almost 50 years of their revolution they have no reached even 2% level of Mao,Pol Pot, Stalin......Now that says something about indian maoists being different from others isn't it?

It says that they are pathetic losers who can't get to power after so many decades. That the indian security forces have ensured that, unlike in those other countries. They cant do all those atrocities unless they are in power, can they? Its the job of the indian police forces to keep these losers at bay. So yes, they are different in that their revolution never came and never will - a rag tag bunch of forest bandits who will never dismantle the republic of india. They will not take over the state police forces, to say nothing of the armed forces of India.

They are yet in power - so their true colors are not revealed yet - But here is a sample on how things can change if they ever come to power - Maoist leaders are married and have kids(maoist leader like Ganapathi) while the Maoist cadre have to get vasectomy if they want to marry. So you see the leaders are drawing that line which ear marks them as elitists.

And it is very difficult for Maoists to come to power in India courtesy the legacy of Nehru(one good aspect we can say about Nehru) - Indian government is willing to work it out and make compromises and accomodate various interests if peace can be achieved - that is how Nehru was able to calm Sheikh Abdullah, stop the Hindi agitation and his successors have worked it out with various separatists movements.
