If lease is granted for 99 years, a case should be made how it benefits the Country in term of income generated

If this question can't be answered any Lease can be cancelled or terminated


a) What is constructed on Land?
b) Who gets the Porfit from Land ?
c) How is the Profit distributed back to Pakistan's development fund?
d) Who is responsible for maintaining irregularities ?


If Land is taken and Factory is created which helps employ 1,000,000 people then sure it is a good example


What happens to Property built on the Land after 99 years will it be Demolished who will
relocate any effected population ?

Cheap plots are distributed to Power stakeholders

Then they sell the Plot to Foreign based pakistan in Gulf Region for 6-9 Crore or more for nice cash out


Sindh Government can demolish any home as they can cancel any lease any time so , all the money for foreign Pakistan goes under water


Karachi they demolished Shopping plaza and established businesses , for last 20-25 years because lease ended and now making a barren park in middle of no where

Those can be Pashtun settled in Punjab etc. Do you know Bhopal Nawabs, Jonagarh etc were also pashtuns..
or they were also directly inducted from the heart of KPK and rewarded lands for fighting imperial wars.
