Kabul taking action against ISKP/ISIS

.
I think they are now really scared that after US departure, Taliban will take over and if they find out that ISKP was supported and protected by NDS and CIA so they will punish the current Afghan govt officials severely. Also perhaps they are trying to act good boys so they can reach an agreement with Afghan Taliban.

.
Good for us these morons were attacking us although they were raised by NDS but NDS and RAW realized soon they have raised a ANACONDA which would take them out also

. . .

What I have understood is that it is the preparation for the next round.. to please Taliban.. we know both the parties i.e. Taliban and ISIS/ ISKP/ TTP/ NDS/ RAW are staunch enemies of each other..

.

Good job Afghanistan.... Any terrorist activities should not permitted in Afghanistan.

. .
IF the news about Blackwater is indeed true, then the Afghan government sees a US backed caliphate building up in Afghanistan. They might be trying to preempt such a fate. Good on them.

.
Very interesting indeed, perhaps the Afghans are trying to send a message to their US masters.Kudos bhai

This is not breaking news, and neither a unique development.
  • ISIS-K is very strong in Nangarhar
  • American troops + Afghan National Army have conducted numerous operations against ISIS-K across Afghanistan since 2016
Food for thought:

"U.S. forces continue to disrupt and degrade ISIS-K and al-Qaeda activities in Afghanistan, through partnered operations with Afghan forces, as well as unilateral operations. Combatting ISIS-K and the remnants of al-Qaeda will remain a priority for the United States, as we work to ensure that Afghanistan is never again a safe haven for terrorism." - US Department of State [https://www.state.gov/r/pa/ei/bgn/5380.htm]

It seems as if we have won in Afghanistan too easily, ( they) won't just hand it over to us so easily,
I would still be extremely cautious and expect surprises

Hmm, Possibly going rogue. These are mercenaries, there is one thing that mercenaries are really good at and that's switching sides to the winning one.

.
Yes, have noticed this too. May be with US forces numbers going down, the Afghan gov have decided to actually side with the forces that will be controlling Afghanistan anyway.
