what's the range of K5 ?
it has classified enough range to cover entire asiawhat's the range of K5 ?
I dont think we will ever declare our missile range to be greater than 5000 Km. Simply because anything greater than that covers Europe and raises unnecessary questions and 5000 km is sufficient to cover our existing adversaries.what's the range of K5 ?
A submarine is highly mobile and so the range of missile.. so that logic doesn't qppla hereI dont think we will ever declare our missile range to be greater than 5000 Km. MIRV is not planned for K-5. Agni-6 and K-6 will have those.K-5 does not have MIRV.
Its only 1.4 meters wide and that too narrow for MIRV.
Wrong. It is possible to have a MIRV with conical head.
It is still possible. The last stage could be made wider. A certain Pakistani missile is trying the same. Its only 1.4 meters wide and that too narrow for MIRV.
Look closely. The nose cone you show are elliptical not triangular.Wrong. It is possible to have a MIRV with conical head.
Peacekeeper comes to mind.

Polaris also comes to mind :
It is a 3 warhead missile.

Its not elliptical by any stretch of imagination, At worst you can consider it biconic, ie combination of two cones.Look closely. The nose cone you show are elliptical not triangular.
And what difference does that make? What stops a 1.4 meter wide missile to have a bulge like Pakistani missile is having, albeit a larger one. BTW, how do you know that missile in question is 1.4 meter wide?Pakistani Ababeel is 1.8 meters wide not 1.4.
Hi shaheen, in all likely hood K5 is going to have a 2m diameter. The assumption that they'll have 1.4m dia is not correct because k4 already has that dia and there's only so much range you can extract from that system without radically changing the propellant. HEMRL is working on NEPE based propellant with higher ISPsK-5 does not have MIRV.

2m diamond is too big a hole for small indiaI Submarines.Hi shaheen, in all likely hood K5 is going to have a 2m diameter.
